Clear Progress, Visible Outcomes
We map every session to measurable outcomes, then back it up with video, AI-supported insights, and a regular feedback cadence-so you can actually see development.
Session Outcome Mapping
Each session sets 2-3 target outcomes linked to the Halfspace Six pillars (e.g., Receive on the Half-Turn, Pre-Scan, Body Shape to Play Forward). Coaches log what was achieved, what needs reinforcement, and where it shows up in matches. This creates a running record of meaningful improvements-technical, tactical, physical, team play and mindset.
- • Tags for each player (Touch / See / Think / Move / Connect / Thrive)
- • Quick traffic-light status on the day’s outcomes
- • Notes on transfer to game scenarios
Micro-Clips & Annotated Moments
Optional short clips from sessions or matches highlight the exact cues we’re coaching (e.g., “pre-scan before the pass arrives,” “open hips to play forward,” “shoulder check under pressure”). Clips include on-screen drawings and timestamps so players can replay key moments and parents can see progress without guesswork.
- • 10-30s clips with coach notes
- • Before/after examples when relevant
- • Simple “what to repeat next time” cues
AI-Assisted Insights & Regular Feedback
We use AI to organise session data and spot patterns-speed of play, scanning frequency, decision quality under pressure-so feedback is consistent and focused. Parents receive concise updates at a steady cadence, not information overload.
- • Post-session note: outcomes achieved + next focus
- • End-of-block summary: strengths, priorities, home tasks
- • Quarterly performance review: clips, pillar map, 2-3 priorities
Quarterly Performance Reviews
A concise, professional report that compiles pillar-based progress, representative video moments, and clear priorities for the next block. This keeps training aligned to the outcomes that matter on match day.
Parent/Carer Progress Meetings
Optional 10-15 minute check-ins (in-person or video) to agree priorities, align with school/team demands, and review home tasks. Clear plan, shared language, better outcomes.
Safeguarding & Standards
Your child’s safety and wellbeing are our highest priority. Every coach is Enhanced DBS-checked and holds current Safeguarding and Emergency First Aid certification. We maintain clear codes of conduct and risk assessments for venues and activities.
How We Keep You in the Loop
Simple, useful communication-focused on what matters: enjoyment, confidence and clear next steps.
Session Outcomes
Each session is linked to clear technical and tactical outcomes. Parents receive a short update showing what was worked on and how it connects to player development goals.
Video & Analysis
We use video and performance analysis tools to highlight key moments. Coaches add simple notes so both players and parents can see progress and areas to improve.
Regular Feedback
Progress is reviewed through our online parent messaging system, with structured feedback every training block and optional review meetings so families stay fully involved in the journey.
Quarterly Performance Reviews
Once per quarter, we compile a concise review: key clips, pillar-linked strengths, and 2-3 focused priorities for the next block. This keeps development purposeful without overwhelming.
Progress Meetings with Parent/Carer
Optional 10-15 minute check-ins (in person or online) to discuss progress, agree priorities, and align training with school/team schedules.
